How a Day at Kynren – The Storied Lands works:

A different kind of day out

Kynren – The Storied Lands is built around five spectacular live shows and immersive experiences taking place throughout the day.

When you book, you’ll choose an arrival time. We’ll then create your personalised day plan — called Roman, Viking, Victorian or Knight schedule — showing exactly where you need to be and when.

Simply follow your schedule throughout the day and you’ll experience everything included in your ticket, with time built in between shows to relax, eat and explore.

Why do I need to choose an arrival time?

Because Kynren is a live-action show park, all experiences take place at scheduled times throughout the day.

Your arrival time allows us to create your personalised day plan and helps ensure every guest can comfortably experience all five shows.

What is a Viking, Roman, Victorian or Knight schedule?

These are simply different versions of the daily timetable.

Each schedule includes exactly the same experiences — just in a different order.

This helps visitor flow around the park and reduces waiting times.

Do I need to follow my schedule?

Yes — we strongly recommend following your allocated schedule throughout the day.

Your timings have been carefully planned so you can experience every show and immersive experience included in your Kynren – The Storied Lands ticket.

There is still free time built in between shows for refreshments, shopping and relaxing.

Please note: if you miss one of your allocated show times, it is unlikely you will be able to see that experience later in the day, so we recommend arriving promptly for each performance.

How long does a visit last?

Most visits to Kynren – The Storied Lands last around 5–6 hours depending on your arrival time and visit type.

Can I just explore freely?

You’re welcome to explore the park between shows, but the live experiences themselves take place at set times and should be visited according to your schedule.

What happens on night show dates?

On Saturdays — plus selected Fridays — Kynren also presents the spectacular evening performance:

On these dates, you can choose either:

  • A Night Show Only ticket, or

  • A Combined Day & Night Ticket

Day park only tickets are not available on night show dates.

What is the Time Travellers' Feast

The Time Travellers’ Feast is an optional pre-show dining experience available on night show dates.

It includes:

  • A three-course feast

  • Storytelling and live entertainment

  • Welcome cocktail and selected drinks

Guests booking The Time Travellers’ Feast will need to choose the earliest arrival time for their daytime visit.

Will I receive my schedule before I arrive?

Yes. Your personalised day plan and timings will be provided before your visit to Kynren, shortly after your tickets. Further information available on the day via QR codes and guest information points.

If you misplace your schedule during your visit, don’t worry — replacement copies can be collected from Visitor Admissions.
