- Wheelchair access: Our site has been created with accessibility in mind. Dedicated wheelchair spaces are available in each of our shows and experiences. Please inform a member of the team at the time of booking as to the access requirements of your guests.
- Accessible Paths: All our footpaths are DDA-compliant and are well lit for evening shows.
- Seating Details: Our arenas and tribunes feature raked, stadium style seating with shallow steps to higher rows. An area for those who cannot manage steps has been reserved at each show, but please be aware that these are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive to our shows and experiences early if you require special accommodations.
- Essential Companions: An Essential Companion Ticket allows an eligible guest with access needs to bring a companion to assist them during their visit to Kynren, free of charge. Visitors who meet our qualifying criteria are entitled to an Essential Companion ticket.
Please note that an Essential Companion ticket does not contribute to the total number of your order, and that you must have 20 paying guests to qualify for a group booking.
