Security Measures
To ensure a smooth entry process, we are unable to permit large bags or luggage. Small bags and essentials are allowed, but all items will be subject to security checks.
We have a limited number of lockers available to hire for storing larger items, provided they do not exceed 33cm x 27cm x 47cm. Lockers are subject to availability, and a small hire fee applies.
Certain items are not permitted within the venue to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. Please review our list of restricted items before visiting to ensure a swift arrival.

Drones
Please note that drone flights over, from or within view of the Kynren site are not permitted without express written permission from the Kynren team due to safety and welfare reasons.
We fly birds daily for The Lost Feather as well as our training and conservation programs. Drone flights are a substantial risk to their safety and welfare that we cannot compromise.
