A single feather drifts down from above.

From this moment, The Lost Feather unfolds as a poetic journey guided by two characters — a curious Young Bird Guardian and a Wise Guardian, keeper of ancestral knowledge. Together, they explore humanity’s timeless fascination with flight and the delicate bond between people and the natural world.

As the arena transforms, birds take to the air in sweeping, instinctive movements. Elegant cranes rise and glide, pelicans skim low across water, and falcons slice through the sky with astonishing speed. Then the world bursts into colour — vivid flashes of scarlet, blue and gold as macaws and galahs sweep overhead, filling the space with movement, sound and life.

As light shifts and the atmosphere deepens, owls emerge silently from the shadows, while eagles and vultures soar high above, revealing the unseen forces that keep ecosystems in balance.

The journey leads into Nistan — a living sanctuary shaped by myth and science — a symbol of both the beauty of the natural world and its fragility. In a breathtaking finale, birds return to the sky together in a sweeping mass flight, carrying a simple message: every feather, however light, carries the weight of the future.
