At Kynren, the safety and security of all visitors are of the utmost importance. Upon arrival, every guest will pass through a thorough security process, including bag checks, ticket scanning, and random body scanning. These measures are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. By entering the site, you consent to these security checks.
Our security team plays a vital role in creating a safe environment. We kindly ask for your patience, understanding, and full cooperation with them as they perform these necessary duties.
Security Measures
To ensure a smooth entry process, we are unable to permit large bags or luggage. Small bags and essentials are allowed, but all items will be subject to security checks.
We have designated lockers located near the entrance to the park where larger items (provided they do not exceed the measurements: 56 x 40 x 47cm) can be stored during your visit for a small fee.
Food and Drink Policy
To maintain our high safety standards and ensure smooth operations, no food or drink (including water) brought from outside is allowed beyond the Ticket Check. Exceptions are made for:
- Baby food
- Food required for medical conditions
Empty drink containers are permitted, except aluminium water bottles or flasks, which are prohibited. FREE fresh potable water is readily available across the venue for refills at all toilet blocks and selected food outlets.
Prohibited Items
For the safety and comfort of all visitors, the following items are strictly prohibited on-site:
- Knives or sharp objects
- Aerosols
- Personal protection sprays or devices
- Drones
- Large flags
- Items promoting ambush marketing
- Political slogans or banners
- iPads or large tablets
- Aluminium flasks or water containers
- Food and beverages from outside the Kynren site (except for the exceptions noted above)
- Rattles, klaxons, or other noise-making devices
- Illegal substances
- Tents or camping equipment
- Alcohol
- Selfie sticks
- Fireworks or any other pyrotechnic/explosive items
