WIN AN EPIC DAY OUT AT KYNREN – THE STORIED LANDS

Step into a world where history, myth and legend come to life at Kynren – The Storied Lands – the UK’s first live-action show park opening this summer in Bishop Auckland, County Durham.

Across one unforgettable day, step into the Viking settlement — feel the heat of the forge, sparks flying as blacksmiths work, and the atmosphere of a world preparing for battle. Then take your seat for Land of the Vikings, where shields clash, fires rage and warriors collide in a high-energy live show.

Be captivated by The Lost Feather, where more than 250 beautiful birds take to the skies in a breathtaking celebration of flight and conservation, set within a spectacular arena inspired by a giant nest.

Lose yourself in Victorian Imaginariums, an outdoor maze of curious characters, unexpected encounters and surprising stories.

A vast lake becomes the stage for Legend of the Wear, a dramatic retelling of the Lambton Worm myth, before the action continues in The Trusty Steed, where fearless riders, daring stunts and powerful horsemanship bring a medieval spectacle to life. The park is open Tuesday to Sunday from 18 July until 12 September 2026. As night falls, the story continues with Kynren – An Epic Tale of England, performed on selected evenings.
